This is a beginner program designed for people who need help creating a healthy lifestyle.  This Basic Bootcamp does not rely on restrictions, but rather assisting you to get on a better eating schedule and making better eating choices.  The basic workout is designed for people who are starting on their fitness journey. These workouts may be performed in the privacy of your own home!  No gym necessary. Again this program helps introduce you to the basics of working out. On this program you will receive “text coaching” of when to eat and your specific workouts (3 times per week plus foam roller routine).  For maximal results purchase my cardio regimen (2 days per week).

Intermediate

This program is designed for people who have a foundation of healthy eating, but still struggle with staying on schedule and putting the proper food groups together.  The Intermediate Bootcamp gives you a simple meal equation and grocery list that you can use to create healthy meals that are effective for weight loss.  The workout plan will consist of a foam roller routine, 4 days per week, and will be slightly more strenuous than my basic workout plan. I will “text coach” when to eat (including the meal equation) and specific workouts.  For maximal results purchase my cardio regimen (3 days per week).


 

Advanced

This program is for people who are more experienced in the fitness world, but need strategic coaching to overcome a plateau.  The combination of structured workouts and meal equations will help accelerate results.  This program requires a gym membership.  I will “text coach” when to eat (including meal equations) and specific workouts to be performed at the gym (4 days per week plus foam roller routine).   For maximal results purchase my cardio regimen (4 days per week).
